Electrician – Resort Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join the maintenance team at Sunray Village Resort in Vishakhapatnam. The successful candidate will ensure that all electrical systems across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house facilities operate safely and reliably, supporting a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Install, wire and configure electrical equipment and systems throughout the resort.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on fixtures, panels, lighting and other electrical assets.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot and repair electrical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Collaborate with the broader maintenance team and adhere to safety standards and local electrical codes.

Required profile

• Technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Valid electrician licence where required.
• Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance and repair in commercial or hospitality environments.
• Familiarity with Indian electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and manuals.
