Electrical Panel Wiring Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Panel Wiring Technician to assemble, wire, and test industrial control panels and switchgear. The role requires precise work, strict adherence to safety standards, and the ability to read and follow engineering schematics.

Key responsibilities

• Mount electrical components such as breakers, relays, PLCs, and terminal blocks into enclosures.
• Cut, strip, crimp, and route wires accurately according to schematics.
• Perform continuity, point‑to‑point, and multimeter testing to verify wiring integrity.
• Label and tag wires and components clearly for easy identification.
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot any wiring issues.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in industrial panel wiring or electrical assembly.
• ITI Certificate, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent training.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and circuit diagrams.

Required skills

• Interpretation of electrical schematics and circuit diagrams
• Panel assembly and component mounting
• Wire cutting, stripping, and crimping
• Use of hand tools, crimpers, and multimeters for testing
