Junior Associate - Manufacturing

About the role

Join Pfizer’s dedicated pharmaceutical manufacturing team as a Junior Associate. You will help ensure that patients and physicians receive the medicines they need on time, while contributing to a purpose‑driven environment focused on quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and operate equipment, materials, and machines in the assigned area, ensuring inventory is ready before each production run.
• Follow standard procedures and cGMP regulations to complete tasks of varying scope and complexity within agreed timeframes.
• Identify and solve moderately routine problems, referring deviations to supervisors when needed.
• Perform in‑process quality inspections and suggest process and safety improvements.
• Coordinate with team members, manage personal time, and take accountability for results.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Previous experience in a cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) environment.
• Proficiency using manufacturing software and tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Familiarity with common AI tools and curiosity about their productivity applications.
