Electrical Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for performing electrical maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and safety. The role covers scheduled and emergency repairs, inventory management, project support, documentation, cost analysis, and compliance with HSEF standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly and monthly electrical maintenance plans in coordination with planning and plant maintenance teams.
• Perform critical electrical maintenance activities while adhering to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Manage spare‑part inventory for electrical equipment, including identification, tracking, inspection and standardisation of critical spares.
• Support troubleshooting, repair and refurbishment of electrical equipment and components.
• Participate in task‑based risk assessments, obtain necessary permits and ensure proper implementation of MOCs and CAPEX.
• Contribute to electrical maintenance cost budgeting and monitor adherence to budgets.
• Assist in root‑cause analysis and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance documentation and follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures.
