Electrical Engineering Manager

About the role

The Electrical Engineering Manager will lead the design and execution of wind farm electrical projects, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project designs, adhering to technical specifications and regulations.
• Coordinate engineering consultants, review and approve designs and documentation.
• Review equipment test reports and provide technical guidance.
• Represent the engineering team in project meetings and presentations.
• Conduct load flow analysis, short‑circuit and power system studies for wind farms.
• Ensure compliance with Grid Codes, IEC, IEEE, CEA and utility regulations.
• Support cost estimation, financial modelling and feasibility analysis for wind energy projects.

Required profile

• B.E. or M.E. in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in wind farm electrical design, substations and EHV transmission (up to 400 kV).
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Passion for renewable energy and continuous learning.
