Electrical Engineer – Operations & Maintenance

About the role

The company is seeking an Electrical Engineer specialized in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) to ensure reliable performance of its electrical assets. The role involves hands‑on maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform O&M of transformers of various capacities, HT & LT motors, HT & LT switchgears, and capacitors.
• Execute preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Manage manpower and interact with customers to deliver high‑quality service.
• Coordinate with client sites, headquarters, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with statutory electrical inspectorate requirements.
• Implement and monitor the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 6‑8 years of experience, OR BE/B.Tech (EEE) with 4‑6 years of experience.
• Proven experience in operation and maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Good knowledge of statutory electrical requirements.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office.
