Electric Supervisor – ONGC Onshore Project (Gujarat)

About the role

The company is seeking an Electric Supervisor to join an ONGC on‑shore operations and maintenance project in Jambusar, Gujarat. The role involves overseeing electrical activities within a process plant environment, ensuring safe and reliable operation of all electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical maintenance tasks and coordinate with the plant operations team.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and on‑site electrical codes.
• Manage shift‑wise work schedules, typically 8‑hour rotations.
• Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report progress to project management.

Required profile

• Diploma or ITI qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in on‑shore oil & gas or process plant settings.
• Ability to work in shift rotations and adapt to on‑site requirements.

Required skills

• Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
