Duty Manager – Guest Relations

About the role

The Duty Manager – Guest Relations oversees Guest Relations operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service delivery and real‑time resolution of guest concerns. The role monitors staff performance, enforces procedures, and guarantees compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key clients, government officials, and media representatives through regular communication.
• Ensure all Guest Relations staff are familiar with and adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and privacy laws.
• Prepare, submit, and store required documentation for permits and statutory clearances, coordinating with relevant departments and agencies.
• Supervise daily passenger services, delivering seamless experiences for all guests, especially VIPs and VVIPs, while monitoring service quality.
• Address issues promptly and professionally, managing crises and escalations as they arise.

Required profile

• Experience managing Guest Relations operations during assigned shifts.
• Ability to monitor staff performance and enforce compliance with established standards.
• Familiarity with statutory clearance processes and documentation requirements.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients, officials, and media.
