About the role
The Duty Manager – Guest Relations oversees all guest‑related operations during assigned shifts at Adani Airports. The role ensures a seamless, high‑quality experience for all passengers, especially VIPs and VVIPs, while maintaining strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, government officials, and media representatives through regular communication.
- Ensure all guest‑relations staff adhere to service protocols, safety regulations, and privacy laws.
- Prepare, submit, and store required documentation for permits and statutory clearances, coordinating with relevant departments and agencies.
- Supervise daily passenger‑service operations, monitoring service quality and compliance with established standards.
- Address guest concerns and crises promptly, applying professional problem‑solving techniques.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience in guest relations, hospitality, or airport passenger services.
- Strong ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, permits, and statutory clearances relevant to airport operations.
- Capability to handle high‑pressure situations and resolve issues swiftly.
