Duty Manager – Guest Relations

About the role

The Duty Manager – Guest Relations oversees the Guest Relations function during assigned shifts at Adani Airports. The role ensures smooth service delivery, monitors staff performance, and resolves guest concerns in real time while maintaining compliance with all operational procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with key clients, government officials and media representatives through regular communication and meetings.
• Ensure all Guest Relations staff are familiar with company policies, guest service protocols, safety regulations and privacy laws, and monitor interactions for compliance.
• Prepare, submit and store required documentation for permits and statutory clearances, coordinating with internal departments and external agencies.
• Supervise daily passenger services, guaranteeing a seamless experience for all guests, with special attention to VIP and VVIP travelers.
• Monitor service quality and address any issues promptly, applying crisis‑management procedures as needed.
