About the role
The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations at a 5‑star resort in Goa, ensuring high standards of guest service and smooth coordination among departments.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise front‑office, housekeeping and food‑beverage teams during shift.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor service quality, hygiene and safety standards.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate with senior management.
- Manage inventory and control costs as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Duty Manager in a hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
