Restaurant & Banquet Manager – Luxury Resort (South Goa)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant cum Banquet Manager to lead both fine‑dining and high‑end event operations at our luxury resort in South Goa. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain service standards, and drive revenue across the restaurant and banquet divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the resort’s main restaurant, including menu execution, service quality, and staff scheduling.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute banquet events, weddings, and corporate functions, ensuring seamless delivery from setup to breakdown.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control for food, beverage, and banquet supplies.
• Lead, train, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of chefs, servers, and event staff.
• Monitor guest feedback, address issues promptly, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote dining and event packages.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage services, preferably in luxury hotel or resort environments.
• Graduate of a recognized Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) or equivalent hospitality program.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both restaurant and banquet operations simultaneously.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality guest experiences and achieving revenue targets.
