Driver Service Representative

About the role
We are looking for a full-time Driver Service Representative to join our Kolkata team. In this on-site position you will oversee the daily operations of our on-demand driver service, ensuring that customers receive timely and reliable transportation through our platform.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate driver tasks and monitor service performance via the UnoTasker application.
- Onboard new drivers, providing them with the necessary training and support.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor service quality and work with internal teams to streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with local geography knowledge and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer-service abilities.
- Organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience managing driver operations (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with Kolkata’s geography and relevant regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
