Drive‑Management Accounts – Senior Associate to Manager

About the role

Vistra is looking for finance professionals to join its Drive‑Management Accounts team. The positions range from Senior Associate up to Manager and involve delivering end‑to‑end accounting services for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multiple finance and accounting processes, including payments, disbursements, general‑ledger and sub‑ledger accounting, and A/R & A/P management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and client reports.
• Support statutory accounting, audit activities, and maintain trackers, issue logs and MIS reporting.
• Ensure 100% SLA compliance and timely escalation of issues.
• Manage assigned client portfolios, monitor staff utilization, and provide volume forecasts.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on VAT, payroll tax and corporate tax.
• Develop succession plans and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and customer‑focus orientation.
• KPO/BPO experience preferred.
• Senior Associate: Graduate/Post‑Graduate/MBA with 3‑6 years of relevant experience.
• Assistant/Deputy Manager: Inter‑CA/Post‑Graduate/MBA with 3‑6 years of experience.
• Manager: CA qualification with 4‑6 years of experience, including 1‑2 years in a leadership role.
