About the role
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a District Account Manager to lead sales of orthopedic joint implants and VELYS robotic surgery solutions in the Guwahati region. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, building relationships with surgeons and hospitals, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for joint implant and digital surgery product lines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, key opinion leaders, and hospital decision‑makers.
- Identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts and close deals.
- Support product training, adoption and post‑sale service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- MBA or graduate degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably orthopedics.
- Proven experience working with surgeons and managing key accounts.
- Motivation to contribute to a global leader in healthcare innovation.
