Director, Real Estate Services – India

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead its Real Estate Services function for India. The role will shape strategy, optimise the portfolio and oversee capital projects that support the company’s growth and workplace quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing and disposition strategies to drive cost savings and portfolio optimisation in India.
• Lead sub‑regional real‑estate services, including space planning, capital project management and refurbishment initiatives.
• Collaborate with country leadership and business units to implement workplace management solutions.
• Manage the Pacific Region portfolio, ensuring continuous improvement in space management, lease administration and project execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Real Estate Services in India.
• Expertise in real‑estate transactions, capacity planning, facilities, project and transaction management.
• Track record of delivering capital fit‑out projects on schedule.
• Strong problem‑solving ability: analyse issues, identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Effective communicator comfortable with senior internal stakeholders and external suppliers across geographies.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive change.
