Director of Brand Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Brand Marketing to lead the creation and execution of brand‑focused campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and loyalty. Reporting to senior leadership, the role will shape the brand’s voice across all touchpoints and ensure consistency throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch integrated brand marketing campaigns that drive engagement and build long‑term loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, sales, digital and creative—to guarantee brand consistency across every channel.
• Analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities and differentiate the brand.
• Lead, mentor and support a team of marketing professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate insights and adjust strategies to optimise results and ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior brand or marketing leadership roles, preferably at the director level.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team of marketing specialists.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
