Director, GTM GCC Advisory (Cybersecurity)

About the role

PWC is looking for a senior GTM Director to lead its Cybersecurity Advisory practice for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. The role is client‑facing, revenue‑generating and focused on opening and developing new accounts across GCC markets, helping organisations protect themselves from cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and convert net‑new GCC accounts for PwC’s cybersecurity portfolio, building a robust pipeline.
• Establish and nurture trusted‑advisor relationships with C‑suite leaders such as CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, GCC heads and global security leadership.
• Develop deep market and sector intelligence on GCC ecosystems and cyber‑risk landscapes to craft compelling value propositions.
• Lead deal origination, proposal development, commercial structuring and negotiation of large, strategic engagements.
• Collaborate with internal cyber‑risk, threat‑intelligence and vulnerability‑management teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in GTM leadership within cybersecurity, digital or technology services.
• Strong track record of building C‑suite relationships and driving pipeline growth.
• Deep understanding of GCC operating models and sector‑specific cyber risk considerations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to shape large, complex deals.
