Director, Channel Partnerships Enablement

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead its Channel Partnerships Enablement (CPE) function in India. The role will drive end‑to‑end sales enablement, process optimisation and tool adoption across the partnership sales lifecycle, reporting directly to the VP of Channel Partnership Enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with partnership sales teams to capture business needs and define updates to sales processes and tools.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardise and scale enablement processes across regions and partnership models.
• Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to enhance tools, workflows and reporting for better visibility across the sales cycle.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, playbooks and training materials for consistent execution.
• Monitor adoption, gather stakeholder feedback and continuously improve enablement tools and procedures.
• Support Partnership Account Managers with end‑to‑end sales, implementation and operational requests.
• Work with cross‑functional partners such as Product, Legal and Billing to drive and implement solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enablement or sales operations teams, preferably in a partnership or channel context.
• Strong collaboration skills with Finance, Marketing, Product, Operations and other cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable processes, tools and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
