Director - Aftermarket

About the role

The Director – Aftermarket is the end‑to‑end P&L owner for Milacron India's aftermarket business. The role oversees spares revenue, service delivery, customer success and channel economics, creating a single accountability centre to drive growth and unlock whitespace revenue across the installed base.

Key responsibilities

• Own the national aftermarket P&L, set and deliver annual revenue targets in partnership with sales, marketing and regional leadership.
• Define and execute the growth roadmap, including installed‑base monetisation, M‑Powered conversion and retrofit pipelines.
• Lead the central and regional aftermarket teams, manage performance governance and develop succession pipelines.
• Establish pricing strategy, trade schemes, dealer incentives and ensure genuine‑parts compliance.
• Drive service excellence by monitoring NPS, first‑time‑fix rates, SLA compliance and spare‑parts availability.
• Build aftermarket capability through technical and commercial training and maintain MIS infrastructure for data‑driven performance management.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading P&L responsibility for an aftermarket or service business.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to grow revenue and protect margins.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams and regional operations.
• Strategic planning skills and ability to translate growth initiatives into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and governance experience.
