Diploma Engineer Trainee – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Diploma Engineer Trainee to join Hindalco’s Taloja plant. The position offers recent engineering diploma graduates hands‑on exposure to manufacturing processes in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and operation of machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Report any deviations or issues promptly to the production supervisor.
• Participate in safety drills and help foster a culture of safety within the plant.
• Attend structured training programs, workshops, and on‑the‑job sessions to gain practical knowledge.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production.

Required profile

• Recent diploma in engineering or a related field.
• Strong motivation to learn and develop technical skills.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
