Digital Transformation Product Architect (AI Strategy Consultant)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Digital Transformation Product Architect to advise enterprise clients on AI‑led business innovation. You will combine strategic consulting, enterprise architecture, solution design and AI product leadership while working closely with C‑level stakeholders across PAN India.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end pursuit activities including RFI/RFP/RFQ phases.
• Support business development and presales for enterprise‑grade engagements.
• Advise clients on growth, efficiency and customer‑engagement opportunities using digital and AI technologies.
• Facilitate design‑thinking workshops and idea‑scaling sessions with C‑suite stakeholders.
• Define digital and AI use cases aligned with client ambition and industry trends.
• Prepare architecture blueprints and enterprise‑architecture views across business, applications, data, integration and AI service layers.
• Identify and recommend best‑fit digital and AI platforms and draft technical requirements for consumer‑facing solutions (marketing, commerce, loyalty, analytics, conversational AI, etc.).
• Drive product road‑maps from concept to launch, collaborating with business, data‑science and technology teams.
• Evaluate and integrate AI enablers such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain and AutoGen.
• Independently create client proposals and pitch decks.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, AI strategy or enterprise architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Proven ability to engage with C‑level executives and influence strategic decisions.
• Experience in business development, presales and client acquisition.
