Digital & Performance Marketing Associate

About the role

Circled Advisory is seeking a proactive Digital & Performance Marketing Associate to drive and optimise paid campaigns, analyse funnel performance and ensure seamless lead flow from ads to CRM. You will work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, handling everything from campaign execution to data‑driven optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Track CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions and lead quality; analyse data to identify drop‑offs and leakage points.
• Use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand user behaviour and conversion issues.
• Monitor the full journey from campaign → website → lead → CRM and flag any inefficiencies.
• Manage CRM and automation tools such as Sell.Do, AiSensy, Brevo, CallerDesk and Pabbly.
• Support WhatsApp and email marketing, social media engagement and maintain customer databases.
• Create and adapt ad creatives and social content using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.
• Assist with basic video/reel editing, blog posts, LinkedIn content, SEO, backlinks and landing‑page improvements.
• Identify tracking, integration or workflow issues and coordinate with developers or vendors for resolution.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on digital or performance marketing experience.
• Strong curiosity and problem‑solving mindset; ability to ask why performance drops and propose tests.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Meta Ads and/or Google Ads platform expertise.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Clarity.
• Creative design skills in Canva, Photoshop or equivalent.
• Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (Sell.Do, AiSensy, Brevo, CallerDesk, Pabbly).
• WhatsApp marketing, email marketing and social media engagement.
• Basic video/reel editing.
• SEO, backlink building and landing‑page optimisation.
