Digital & Performance Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital & Performance Marketer to drive and optimise our online acquisition efforts for luxury real‑estate advisory services. You will own the full performance‑marketing funnel, from paid campaigns to lead conversion and CRM automation, constantly probing for improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Google and other paid channels, monitoring CPL, CTR, CPC and lead quality.
• Analyse campaign data with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to identify traffic patterns, drop‑offs and conversion bottlenecks.
• Track the end‑to‑end journey (campaign → website → lead → CRM → engagement) and resolve leakage points.
• Manage lead‑management tools such as Sell.Do, AiSensy, Brevo, CallerDesk and Pabbly to streamline communication and workflow.
• Execute WhatsApp and email marketing, maintain social media engagement, and curate content for blogs, LinkedIn and SEO initiatives.
• Create and adapt creative assets – ads, social posts, newsletters, brochures, floor‑plan visuals – and support basic video/reel editing.
• Identify broken processes, tracking issues or inefficient integrations and coordinate fixes with developers or vendors.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on digital or performance‑marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset; able to turn data insights into actionable experiments.
• Curiosity to investigate performance drops and ownership to implement solutions.
