Digital Marketing Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Trainer to join our Varanasi centre. The trainer will deliver classroom sessions covering core and advanced digital marketing topics using Digiperform’s standardized curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed lesson plans and teaching materials for each module.
• Conduct interactive workshops on SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and analytics.
• Supervise practical assignments and guide learners through real-world campaign projects.
• Assess learner performance through tests, projects and presentations.
• Provide mentorship, answer queries and support learners in building job-ready skills.
• Collaborate with the centre team to maintain high training quality and keep accurate training records.
• Contribute to periodic curriculum updates and internal training initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Proven classroom training or facilitation experience.
• Experience managing social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Sales or counseling ability to guide learners on course selection and career paths.
• Relevant experience as a digital marketer, trainer or instructor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (preferred).
• Industry certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Varanasi and manage a fast-paced training environment.
