Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO & Social Media (Hyderabad)

About the role

Deloitte’s Growth team is looking for a Specialist in Market Research and Insights to boost search visibility, audience engagement, and overall digital performance across web and social platforms. You will combine technical SEO, content management, and paid social execution to support integrated marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits and remediate crawlability, site architecture, indexation, structured data, canonical tags, sitemaps, and robots.txt issues.
• Manage website content updates, publishing workflows, and on‑page SEO elements such as metadata, internal linking, keyword usage, and page structure.
• Support keyword research, content audits, and search‑driven recommendations to improve discoverability and user experience.
• Execute and monitor paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok and other platforms, optimizing performance.
• Analyze website, content, and campaign data, creating dashboards, reports, and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in SEO, content management, digital marketing or social media marketing.
• Proven experience with technical SEO implementation and on‑page optimization.
• Hands‑on experience managing website content in CMS platforms and supporting publishing workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and produce clear reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
