Digital Marketing Specialist (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a night‑shift schedule (8 PM – 5 AM IST). The role focuses on creating and executing digital campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and blogs.
• Manage website content, improve user experience, and conduct conversion rate optimisation.
• Create and distribute engaging content for social platforms and email newsletters.
• Analyse performance metrics such as website analytics, social engagement, and email results.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing activities with business goals.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email platforms).
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
