Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to design, launch, and optimise paid and organic campaigns. You will collaborate with strategy, creative and operations teams to drive measurable business results through data‑driven marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
• Manage budgets to maximise ROI and ROAS.
• Execute on‑page and off‑page SEO, conduct keyword research and technical SEO audits.
• Monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare clear performance reports and recommendations for clients.
• Stay current on platform algorithm changes, SEO trends and emerging growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, audience targeting and conversion funnels.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with founders and clients.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
