Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Clint Space Creative Agency is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise digital campaigns for a diverse client portfolio. Based on‑site in Kochi, you will collaborate with designers, copywriters and account managers to deliver cohesive, data‑driven communication strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise digital campaigns across social media, search and other online channels for multiple clients.
• Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and use analytics to improve reach, engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate with the creative team to align visuals and copy with campaign objectives.
• Optimise paid ads and organic posts, adjusting targeting and budgets as needed.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience in digital and online marketing, with a track record of planning and executing integrated campaigns.
• Hands‑on expertise in social media marketing, including content scheduling, community management and paid promotions.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform‑specific insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kochi, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior agency or client‑facing experience with a portfolio of past campaigns is strongly preferred.
