Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The role involves planning, executing and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads, boost brand visibility and improve ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies using Meta and Google Ads, including audience research, targeting and A/B testing.
• Manage and continuously optimise paid campaigns, monitor performance and apply conversion rate optimisation tactics.
• Perform keyword research, on‑page SEO optimisation and oversee website updates using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Create ad copy, reel scripts and other marketing content while supporting design and creative teams.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, manage lists, segmentation and automation, and track performance metrics.
• Maintain social media content calendars, monitor engagement and ensure brand consistency.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators and media partners, tracking campaign results.
• Host and manage Zoom webinars, assist in promotion and analyse outcomes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Proven ability to run and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in CRO and performance reporting.
• Excellent written communication for copywriting and script creation.
