Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Bilaspur office. You will design and execute online campaigns that showcase ORA Makers’ real‑estate services and property listings, driving leads and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage all social media channels, creating and publishing engaging content.
• Produce video assets using Premiere Pro, CapCut or After Effects and design graphics with Canva or Photoshop.
• Monitor web analytics, track performance metrics and generate regular campaign reports.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.
• Stay updated on digital‑marketing trends, competitor activities and emerging tools.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
• Proven ability to generate leads and optimise campaign performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with good communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bilaspur and coordinate with internal teams.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and social‑media‑management platforms.
