Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

WWICS World is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and drive all marketing activities. Working directly with the owner and a small sales team, you will be responsible for generating high‑quality leads that fuel the company’s growth in the immigration and investor‑visa space.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage lead‑generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and YouTube.
• Monitor, test, and optimise campaigns for lead quality and cost‑per‑lead.
• Set up and maintain Zoho CRM pipelines, workflows, automations, and data hygiene.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking (pixel, Conversions API, GA4) so leads flow correctly into the CRM.
• Handle SEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility in AI‑driven search results.
• Build and maintain the company website and landing pages on Wix.
• Create blog posts, social media copy, and simple image/video assets using Canva and CapCut.
• Track performance metrics and deliver clear weekly reports to the owner and sales team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience with a proven track record of results.
• Demonstrated success running Meta, Google, and YouTube ad campaigns.
• Experience configuring and extending Zoho CRM, not just using it.
• Solid understanding of conversion‑tracking technologies (pixel, Conversions API, GA4).
• Practical SEO knowledge and familiarity with GEO optimisation.
• Ability to build and manage Wix sites.
• Strong writing skills and confidence presenting work directly to senior leadership.
• Self‑driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
