Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Monochrome FX is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead day‑to‑day online marketing activities for its visual‑focused campaigns. Based on‑site in Malappuram, you will work closely with creative and production teams to ensure digital strategies amplify the company’s motion‑graphics, animation and VFX content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise social media marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse web‑analytics data and produce regular reports.
• Align digital initiatives with visual content, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to communicate campaign results and recommendations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends and propose new tools or tactics.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital and online marketing, preferably within media, advertising or creative industries.
• Experience managing multi‑channel campaigns and community management.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and client interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
