Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join SmartBoat Ecosistem’s on‑site team in Falakata to drive awareness and bookings for our travel‑focused tours and community experiences. You will plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns that attract, engage and convert adventure‑seeking travellers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, paid search, email and display channels.
• Manage social media accounts, create and schedule content, and monitor audience engagement.
• Run paid and organic campaigns, track performance metrics and produce regular analytics reports.
• Analyse website and campaign data to identify optimisation opportunities and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with content, design and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and propose growth initiatives based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within travel, tourism or consumer‑facing services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work on‑site in Falakata.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross‑functional team.
