Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Rivansys IT Services is looking for a full‑time Digital Marketing Specialist to join its on‑site team in Gandhinagar. You will own the company’s online presence and drive lead generation by creating and executing targeted digital campaigns for IT decision‑makers, compliance officers and CXOs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta and other social platforms.
• Create and publish digital content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers and social posts on cybersecurity and IT compliance.
• Manage and grow Rivansys’s LinkedIn profile as the primary B2B lead‑generation channel.
• Support SEO and SEM initiatives, monitor monthly reports and implement actionable improvements.
• Design, send and analyse targeted email campaigns, maintaining an up‑to‑date prospect database.
• Maintain the company website (WordPress or similar CMS), updating landing pages and blog content.
• Coordinate with sales to align campaigns with pipeline goals and nurture leads.
• Research industry trends to produce relevant, timely content.
• Handle marketing tools including CRM, email automation, Google Analytics and scheduling platforms.
• Create basic graphics and collateral using Canva.
• Organise webinars, virtual events and industry forums.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability and ability to work on‑site in Gandhinagar.
