Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

About the role

SimpleCRM is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to shape and amplify its online presence. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, design, and distribute monthly newsletters and industry‑specific product updates.
• Write and publish monthly blogs and occasional articles, maintaining high visual and textual quality.
• Post weekly LinkedIn content focused on product features and brand values.
• Plan, launch, and manage LinkedIn demand‑generation campaigns for partners and customers.
• Design and execute targeted digital campaigns to drive monthly demand for SimpleCRM solutions.
• Maintain and grow SimpleCRM’s presence on LinkedIn and Facebook, ensuring regular updates and engagement.
• Collect and manage customer reviews on platforms such as G2 and Gartner Network.
• Update website content regularly, aligning with current technology and domain trends.
• Create visual and textual assets for all digital channels, ensuring brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in a product‑focused environment.
• Experience in the CRM sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, and Adobe Firefly.
• Hands‑on experience with WordPress and Mautic.
