Digital Marketing Project Manager

About the role

KKBC Australia is hiring a full-time contingent Digital Marketing Project Manager, working remotely from India. The role coordinates and manages end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns across Search, Social, SEO and Marketing Automation, acting as the main point of alignment between internal teams, vendors and stakeholders so that timelines, communication and KPIs stay on track.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and track digital marketing projects from kickoff to final delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Content, MA) to meet deadlines and deliverables
• Use project management tools such as JIRA, Trello and MS Project to organise tasks and timelines
• Run stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum
• Act as main contact for internal stakeholders and external clients
• Track KPIs, milestones and budgets, and report status regularly
• Resolve issues early and ensure campaigns follow strategic objectives and brand guidelines

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing project management, preferably agency-side or with multi-channel campaigns
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Own workspace, fast internet and a PC or laptop with sufficient specifications

Required skills

• Deep understanding of SEM, SEO, Paid Social and Marketing Automation
• JIRA, Trello, MS Project and Microsoft Office / Google Suite
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum
