Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience to design, launch, and optimise paid and organic campaigns. You will collaborate with strategy, creative, and operations teams to drive measurable business results through data‑driven marketing, SEO, and continuous experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
• Manage budgets to maximise ROI and ROAS.
• Execute on‑page and off‑page SEO, conduct keyword research and technical SEO audits.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify optimisation opportunities and run A/B tests.
• Analyse data, generate insights and produce clear performance reports for clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithm changes, SEO trends and emerging growth opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable digital marketing processes and frameworks.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably on Meta Ads.
• Working knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on‑page optimisation and basic technical SEO.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with founders and clients.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to take ownership of projects.
