Digital Marketing, Community & SEO Lead

About the role

Neolacta Lifesciences, which offers 100% human milk-based nutritional products for preterm and critically ill infants, is looking for a Digital Marketing, Community & SEO Lead. The role leads organic growth, community building and SEO visibility across LinkedIn, Pinterest and Indian-first apps such as ShareChat, Moj, Josh and Koo, targeting neonatologists, parents and lactation consultants. It blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage active online communities across multiple platforms
• Partner with existing parenting communities (Baby Chakra, Moms presso, The Baby Destination and regional Facebook groups) for cross-posting donation stories
• Manage tie-ups for guest blogs, reels and other content
• Develop organic, content-led strategies including posts, videos and carousels, and engage directly with HCPs, influencers and niche audiences
• Oversee website content updates for accuracy and SEO alignment, working with developers and designers on UX and content improvements
• Measure digital performance across social and web platforms and use analytics tools to refine content, community and SEO strategies

Required profile

• Experience in organic marketing, community management, SEO and in email or WhatsApp campaigns
• Prior experience in either B2B or B2C
• Immediate notice period required
• Work from office mode

Required skills

• Hands-on use of LinkedIn, Pinterest and Indian-first platforms (ShareChat, Moj, etc.)
• Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics and SEO tools
• Ability to create engaging, multi-format content
