Digital Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketer to join our team in Pune. You will be responsible for shaping and executing our online presence, driving traffic, and converting leads across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow community interaction.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Design, implement, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce marketing assets.
• Monitor brand reputation, engage with online communities, and respond to feedback.
• Prepare regular reports on key marketing metrics and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and related advertising tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
