Digital Finance Senior Analyst

About the role

The Digital Finance Senior Analyst leads and advises project teams, drives cross‑functional initiatives, and shapes finance processes and policies. Working closely with business leaders, the analyst provides strategic insight through complex financial analysis and mentors junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional project teams and participate in cross‑functional initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on process improvements and policy development.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders to influence strategic decisions.
• Conduct complex financial analyses, forecasts, and variance analysis across multiple finance sub‑functions.
• Oversee analysts, drive business initiatives, and identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Represent the business unit in regional and cross‑functional planning processes.
• Engage with external customers and clients as the organization’s representative.

Required profile

• Four‑year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7‑10 years of experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting or a related discipline.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
