Digital Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and performance‑driven Digital Community Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple locations. The role starts with a focus on social media management, content planning, campaign execution, and community engagement, with the opportunity to evolve into a full Marketing Lead position.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage all social media platforms, creating and publishing engaging content.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Grow online communities, monitor trends, and recommend new content ideas.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns and support brand‑building initiatives.
• Promote events, workshops, and community activities while ensuring consistent brand communication.
• Drive customer engagement through referral and retention initiatives.
• Build relationships with local communities, creators, and partners.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong experience managing Instagram and other social platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven ability to create content calendars and run social campaigns.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
