Digital Commerce and Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Commerce and Growth Manager to own and scale online sales across multiple digital channels. The role will optimise the entire customer journey, from discovery to conversion and retention, while driving measurable revenue growth for a remote client.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the Shopify platform, product listings, collections and merchandising strategies.
• Enhance website UX, navigation and SEO to improve conversion rates.
• Develop and execute social media content calendars, brand messaging and creative assets.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta platforms, including audience segmentation and retargeting.
• Create and automate email marketing flows, abandoned‑cart recovery and repeat‑purchase programmes.
• Design WhatsApp commerce workflows, broadcast templates and customer engagement initiatives.
• Oversee third‑party marketplace listings, monitor channel performance and expand revenue streams.
• Track, analyse and report key performance metrics across all digital channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e‑commerce or digital growth roles.
• Proven ability to drive online sales and improve conversion metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
