DevOps Support & Triage Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevOps Consultant to manage our support queue, drive automation, and ensure the reliability of our infrastructure and applications. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting with the development of repeatable processes across cloud, container, and database environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the DevOps support queue, apply triage best practices and conduct regular reviews.
• Execute support policies, guide requesters on ticket templates, and obtain approvals for production‑impacting changes.
• Troubleshoot issues across networking, Linux, containers, cloud services and databases while maintaining clear documentation.
• Design, build and improve CI/CD pipeline steps, deployment automation and rollback mechanisms.
• Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code changes using reusable modules to enhance provisioning repeatability.
• Refine monitoring, alerting and dashboard configurations to provide actionable service health insights.
• Participate in incident response, root‑cause analysis and post‑incident follow‑up.
• Maintain operational runbooks, knowledge‑base articles and support backup/restore validation tasks.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ownership of end‑to‑end issue resolution.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, production‑oriented environments.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
