DevOps Engineer

About the role

Web Jeevan is looking for a DevOps Engineer to streamline development and operations, ensuring smooth deployment and management of applications. You will work with cross‑functional teams to improve automation, scalability and reliability of the company’s infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI or CircleCI.
• Develop infrastructure as code with Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, ensuring high availability.
• Set up monitoring and logging with Prometheus, Grafana or the ELK Stack.
• Collaborate with developers and sysadmins to streamline releases and resolve bottlenecks.
• Integrate security best practices, including vulnerability scanning and SOC 2 compliance.
• Automate repetitive tasks such as server provisioning and configuration management.
• Analyze system performance and optimise for low latency and high uptime.

Required profile

• Strong experience with CI/CD and configuration‑management tools.
• Hands‑on knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash or PowerShell.
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Good communication skills to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
