DevOps Engineer

About the role

Ventura is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support its fintech vertical and drive digital transformation. You will work on cloud‑native infrastructure, automation, and observability to ensure high availability, security, and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategic initiatives that align with organisational objectives.
• Implement process improvements and workflow optimisations to reduce costs and boost productivity.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee security testing (VAPT).
• Establish and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and observability gaps across applications and infrastructure.
• Identify and fix cloud performance and cost optimisation issues.
• Design, deploy, and manage highly available, scalable, and secure services on AWS.
• Integrate system and application logs with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and CloudWatch.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for zero‑downtime releases and reliable rollbacks.
• Manage outages, conduct detailed root‑cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in DevOps or cloud engineering.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python for automation.
• Hands‑on experience designing systems, networking, and security to pass compliance audits.
• Proven expertise with AWS services and relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect).
