DevOps Engineer

About the role

HiLabs is seeking a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will work on modern cloud platforms and Kubernetes environments to ensure reliable, scalable services for our AI‑driven healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable releases.
• Deploy, operate, and monitor applications on Kubernetes clusters.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage multi‑environment deployments.
• Manage infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor system performance with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve automation, performance, and release processes.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on DevOps experience in production environments.
• Strong understanding of containerized and micro‑services architectures.
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues independently.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) is a plus.
• Familiarity with GitOps, Helm, or cost‑optimization practices is an added advantage.
