DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to design, build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for our fast‑growing fintech platform. You will ensure reliable releases, high availability and strong security across our AWS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI or Azure DevOps.
• Scale and manage AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, S3, CloudWatch, RDS, Auto Scaling, Load Balancers) to support the fintech stack.
• Containerise applications with Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes, handling deployment, troubleshooting and scaling.
• Implement infrastructure‑as‑code, automate deployments and support release management.
• Monitor system health, set up observability and respond to incidents to maintain service reliability.
• Ensure cloud security and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.
• Proven experience working in production environments.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work collaboratively with development teams.
