DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Cloud Automation

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines and automation infrastructure for its automotive and embedded software projects. The role is based in Bangalore and works closely with cross‑functional development teams to ensure reliable, scalable and secure delivery pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Manage containerised environments with Docker and support Linux‑based development workflows.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Automate build, test and deployment tasks with Python and Bash scripts.
• Maintain source code repositories on Git/GitHub and manage build systems with CMake.
• Handle artifact and package management using Conan and JFrog Artifactory.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise pipeline performance and reliability.
• Promote standardisation and best practices across the BEAT portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of software development or DevOps experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work in complex, large‑scale environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ownership mindset with focus on reliability and continuous improvement.
