V&V Strategist – Automotive Systems

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Verification & Validation (V&V) Strategist to define and lead end‑to‑end V&V strategies for next‑generation automotive systems. The role focuses on vehicle validation, including performance testing, NCAP regulations and conformity standards, while driving automation, continuous testing and functional safety compliance across global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement V&V strategy across system, integration and component levels.
• Conduct vehicle validation and homologation tests, ensuring compliance with performance, NCAP and conformity standards.
• Establish scalable test‑automation frameworks and continuous testing pipelines (nightly, weekly, regression).
• Drive innovation through tools, processes and new technologies to improve V&V efficiency.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align V&V practices and guarantee high‑quality delivery.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as ISO 26262.
• Mentor teams and build V&V competency via structured training and guidance.

Required profile

• BE/BTech degree (or equivalent).
• 15–18 years of experience in automotive V&V, preferably with ADAS systems.
• Preferred certifications: ISTQB Advanced Level (Test Manager/Analyst/Technical) and hands‑on experience with ISO 26262 lifecycle; knowledge of ASPICE is an advantage.
